Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for complex computational challenges
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems optimized for 2026-era applications
- Lead quantum error mitigation strategies to achieve fault-tolerant computation
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to co-design software-hardware interfaces
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics and optimization

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE, QAOA) and error correction
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation tools
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
