Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable quantum computing architectures and algorithms

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing research or development
- Strong background in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and quantum hardware
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence is a plus
