Responsibilities

- Lead error-correction protocol implementation for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems integration
- Create quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography transition
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and speak at IEEE conferences
- Mentor quantum software engineers on algorithm optimization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware design or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Familiarity with cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit technologies
