Responsibilities

- Partner with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance and coherence times
- Translate business requirements into quantum system specifications and implementation roadmaps
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in leading scientific journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and topological qubits
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
