Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing frameworks for commercial deployment by 2026
- Lead development of error-corrected qubit systems with 99.9% fidelity
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography migration
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD-level quantum engineers in advanced algorithms
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum space computing initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with superconducting and ion-trap quantum systems
- Certification in IBM Quantum Professional Developer
- Demonstrated experience scaling quantum algorithms to 100+ qubits
