Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems for commercial deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum solutions for finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Optimize qubit coherence and error correction protocols for industrial-scale systems
- Translate theoretical quantum models into executable hardware specifications
- Drive quantum security standards for next-generation infrastructure
- Partner with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and simulation frameworks
- Expertise in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, and quantum assembly languages
- Published research in quantum computing or top-tier conference presentations
- Experience scaling quantum systems beyond 100 logical qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid architectures
