Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum circuits for enterprise-grade applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.999% qubit fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Design quantum-resistant encryption frameworks for next-gen cybersecurity
- Research and prototype novel quantum algorithms solving NP-hard problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and gate operations
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Mastery of quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and mitigation strategies
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum platforms
- Strong background in cryptanalysis and post-quantum cryptography
- Track record of leading technical teams through complex R&D projects
