Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures compatible with 2026 industrial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for complex optimization problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems and cryogenic engineering
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Familiarity with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Experience securing DARPA or NSF quantum computing grants
