Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems leveraging superconducting qubits and topological error correction
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications in finance and healthcare
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration teams of 15+ engineers and physicists
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits operating at 99.9% fidelity
- Secure $50M+ in government and private quantum research funding
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols in 2026
- Mentor PhD candidates through our Quantum Leadership Academy
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science on quantum computing breakthroughs
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Experience securing DoD or NSF quantum research grants
- Published patents in quantum hardware or algorithm design
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
