Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware or software architecture
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and compilation
- Proficiency with Q#, Cirq, or quantum programming frameworks
- Experience leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
