Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into classical systems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and optimization algorithms
- Document quantum system specifications and performance benchmarks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm design and optimization
- Familiarity with NISQ-era hardware limitations and mitigation strategies
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum information theory, and statistical mechanics
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
