Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with fault-tolerant qubit configurations

- Create quantum error correction protocols and noise mitigation strategies
- Lead implementation of quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Optimize quantum circuits for specific hardware constraints
- Document architecture blueprints and quantum system specifications
- Collaborate with ML teams to integrate quantum acceleration into AI pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum specialization
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms and low-level control systems
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
