Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for practical enterprise applications
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems integrating with classical infrastructure
- Lead quantum error correction protocol development for fault-tolerant computing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processor architectures
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
- Secure intellectual property through strategic patent development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum annealing or superconducting qubit systems
- Proficient in high-performance computing environments (HPC, GPU/TPU)
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
