Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for real-world business applications
- Lead quantum hardware integration with classical computing systems
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech research partners on quantum supremacy projects
- Create quantum security frameworks for next-gen financial systems
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge methodologies
- Publish research in Nature Physics and IEEE Quantum journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or topological quantum systems
- Expertise in quantum cryptography and quantum machine learning
- Experience with superconducting qubit or ion trap systems
- Strong background in complex mathematical modeling and statistical analysis
- Track record of delivering quantum computing proofs-of-concept
