Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits with <99.9% fidelity for enterprise applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum processors resistant to 2030-era cyber threats
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators into classical HPC environments
- Create quantum machine learning frameworks for drug discovery and climate modeling
- Establish quantum security protocols for financial and governmental systems
- Mentor quantum engineers in cutting-edge algorithm development
- Present breakthrough architectures to C-suite and international partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms with demonstrated fault-tolerance
- Expertise in superconducting qubit architectures and cryogenic systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization tools
