Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and simulation challenges
- Collaborate with research teams to prototype quantum error correction methodologies
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for real-world deployment
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing principles and best practices
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-generation data protection
- Present quantum architecture roadmaps to C-suite and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Proven experience leading technical teams through complex R&D projects
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum processors
- Certification in quantum computing architecture (e.g., IBM Quantum Professional)
