Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for industrial-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Translate complex quantum mechanics into practical engineering specifications
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum supremacy in real-world scenarios
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop quantum-hybrid computing frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit design
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
