Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing systems leveraging qubit coherence optimization and error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-scale problem-solving
- Lead quantum hardware integration with classical HPC infrastructure
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for NISQ-era applications
- Collaborate with product teams to define quantum computing roadmaps
- Validate quantum algorithms through simulation and prototype testing
- Research emerging quantum technologies (photonic, topological, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant designs
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Publication record in quantum computing or equivalent industry impact
