Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures optimized for error correction and scalability
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems for enterprise applications
- Develop fault-tolerance protocols to achieve quantum advantage by 2026
- Collaborate with AI teams to optimize quantum machine learning algorithms
- Define quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Present technical roadmaps to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum software development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proven experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Published research in quantum computing or high-performance computing
- Experience leading complex technical projects in regulated industries
- Expertise in cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
