Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop novel quantum algorithms to solve complex computational problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world deployment
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum technologies and industry standards
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing research or architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or physics
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel systems
