Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Conduct fault-tolerance analysis and error correction protocols
- Drive R&D for qubit stabilization and quantum memory systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and researchers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven experience with quantum hardware (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Familiarity with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
