Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems leveraging superconducting qubits and topological quantum processors
- Design error-correction frameworks achieving >99.9% fidelity for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Lead cross-functional teams developing quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Implement hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows for enterprise clients
- Drive research initiatives in quantum cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum supremacy applications in pharmaceuticals and logistics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and error correction
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
