Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with 100+ qubit stability
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography
- Research novel quantum materials and fabrication techniques

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum systems with superconducting or trapped-ion qubits
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top quantum computing journals or conferences
- Experience leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments
- Strong background in quantum information theory and quantum algorithms
