Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging qubit manipulation and error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security systems
- Optimize quantum circuit performance for cloud-based quantum computing platforms
- Research and implement novel quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Establish quantum computing standards and best practices for enterprise adoption
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design quantum processor interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum computing architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or related domains
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography and post-quantum security
- Certification in quantum computing from recognized institutions (e.g., MIT xPRO)
