Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware
- Develop error mitigation protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing

- Lead quantum system architecture for enterprise-scale deployments
- Research novel quantum applications in AI and machine learning
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum chip design specifications
- Drive open-source quantum computing initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
