- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid system architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum computing protocols
- Integrate generative AI with quantum processors for autonomous problem-solving
- Develop security frameworks for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum machine learning models
- Collaborate with research institutions to publish breakthrough findings

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms and machine learning integration
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum-AI convergence or related domains
