Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems leveraging QML algorithms and fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Design secure quantum communication protocols integrating with classical neural networks
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, ML engineers, and cybersecurity specialists
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption frameworks for AI-driven critical infrastructure
- Optimize quantum circuit performance using error mitigation techniques
- Translate theoretical quantum advantage models into production-ready implementations
- Drive innovation through quarterly R&D sprints with $50K+ project budgets
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and low-level quantum assembly
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DoD-level clearance for government projects
