Responsibilities
- Design hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures for real-world applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary research teams in quantum machine learning
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement quantum AI solutions
- Present findings at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit, etc.)
- Author white papers on quantum AI's societal impact
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum-computing bootcamps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough work)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction
- Experience with large-scale LLM fine-tuning and optimization
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and workarounds
- Portfolio demonstrating commercial quantum AI applications
