Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for autonomous decision systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum neural networks and error correction
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford partners on 2026-era quantum-AI integration

- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or NISQ-era systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Publication record in top-tier quantum/AI journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence mitigation
