Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects combining quantum computing, neural networks, and predictive analytics
- Develop proprietary frameworks for real-time quantum data processing and pattern recognition
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum-AI hybrid system architectures
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and present at global tech conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through quantum-AI hackathons
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, tensor networks, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, Cirq, and high-performance computing environments
- Published research in quantum computing or AI (minimum 3 peer-reviewed papers)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or D-Wave)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Strong background in neural network optimization and deep learning architectures
