Responsibilities
- Develop proprietary quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for exponential speedups in complex problem-solving
- Lead experimental validation of quantum machine learning models on D-Wave and IBM quantum processors
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to implement quantum solutions for real-world challenges
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in quantum-AI convergence
- Architect scalable quantum neural network frameworks compatible with classical AI ecosystems
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles and AI optimization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Publication record in top-tier AI/quantum journals (NeurIPS, Nature Physics, etc.)
- Expertise in deep learning architectures (transformers, GANs) and classical optimization methods
- Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental prototypes
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum information theory
