Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop novel error-correction techniques for fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Lead experimental validation on quantum hardware using Python/C++/Q#
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-AI accelerators
- Author peer-reviewed research and present at IEEE/ACM conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent portfolio
- Stay current with quantum machine learning literature and frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum information theory and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and statistical physics
- Publication record in top-tier quantum/AI venues
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
