Responsibilities
- Design quantum neural networks leveraging Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for exponential speedup
- Lead fault-tolerant quantum processor architecture design

- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics/Science
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning
- Secure $10M+ in DARPA/NSF grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Publication record in QML or quantum algorithms (5+ papers)
- Proficiency with Q#, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with quantum annealing (D-Wave/IBM Qiskit)
- Strong Python/C++ for hybrid system integration
- Security clearance for government collaborations
