Responsibilities

- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry conferences
- Secure federal grants and private funding for quantum-AI initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit design and AI model training
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper) and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience securing government grants ($500K+ preferred)
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
