Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum AI integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, neuromorphic computing) with commercial potential
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems in compliance with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives aligned with ESG 2030 targets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services from concept to market
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technology adoption curves
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
