Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for our 2026 roadmap, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
- Lead a high-performance team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines to handle petabyte-scale datasets efficiently.
- Collaborate with product strategists to translate theoretical AI concepts into market-ready applications.
- Establish and enforce best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI trends and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in machine learning or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Strong track record of shipping production-grade AI applications that impact millions of users.
