Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through knowledge sharing and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, Web3, quantum computing, or advanced biotech
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology investment analysis
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Master's degree in relevant field (MBA, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
