- Lead research and analysis on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate future-focused innovations into core offerings
- Present compelling technology visions to stakeholders, investors, and industry thought leaders
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment and responsible innovation
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation program
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving adoption of emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite boards and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
