Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop novel error-correction techniques for noisy intermediate-scale quantum computers
- Create hybrid quantum-classical neural architectures for real-world applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-inspired AI and zero-knowledge proofs
- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals and top-tier conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and collaborate with industry partners
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum-AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) with quantum extensions
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
