Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to translate theoretical models into production-ready solutions
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance on real quantum processors
- Secure and manage high-value research partnerships with leading academic institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related computational field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and high-performance computing architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
- Proven track record of translating complex theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
