Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Create simulation frameworks for quantum-AI systems on classical hardware
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent novel quantum-AI methodologies
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable industrial applications
- Contribute to open-source quantum-AI frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency with Python, Q#, and quantum circuit simulators
- Publication record in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (e.g., QIP, NeurIPS)
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and information theory
