Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional projects with robotics and bioinformatics teams
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Secure DARPA and NSF grants for frontier quantum projects
- Advise Fortune 500 clients on quantum AI implementation strategies
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI conferences
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Strong background in tensor networks and quantum information theory
- Experience with large-scale distributed quantum systems
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Active security clearance preferred
