Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks for enterprise-scale problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain specialists
- Develop proprietary quantum neural network architectures
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies
- Collaborate with academic partners at Stanford and MIT on frontier research
- Translate complex quantum concepts into stakeholder-ready business solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Publication record in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems from prototype to production
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience securing $1M+ in research grants
