Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for NLP and optimization
- Develop error-corrected quantum circuits on superconducting platforms
- Lead cross-functional prototyping of quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Author patents and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Qiskit or Cirq frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or error correction
- Expertise in Python, C++, and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of tensor networks and quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems (preferred)
- Track record of translating theory into commercial applications
