Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms leveraging QML frameworks
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for enterprise applications
- Optimize quantum circuit architectures for real-time AI processing
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI solutions
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Secure $5M+ in research grants through innovation proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane quantum programming frameworks
- 3+ years developing production-level AI/ML systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum machine learning or related fields
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
- Strong Python/C++ programming skills with quantum libraries
