Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop novel quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization and pattern recognition
- Lead research in quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for next-gen security
- Create quantum neural network frameworks compatible with existing ML ecosystems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum algorithms for fault-tolerant processors
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE QCE
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles and best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and error mitigation
- Proven track record publishing in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (e.g., QIP, NeurIPS)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and variational methods
- Proficiency in high-performance computing frameworks (TensorFlow Quantum, PennyLane)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks and distributed computing
