Responsibilities
- Develop quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for practical enterprise applications
- Design error-corrected quantum circuits with machine learning optimization
- Lead prototyping of quantum-classical inference systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present at IEEE/ACM conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning techniques
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq) and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Experience with NISQ hardware and quantum error correction protocols
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum information theory, and computational complexity
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Track record of translating theoretical models to experimental prototypes
