Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems for real-world problem-solving in healthcare, climate modeling, and space exploration
- Design fault-tolerant quantum neural networks with 10,000+ qubit scalability
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-encrypted AI solutions
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum hardware providers and AI research institutions
- Create patentable quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent 10+ years R&D experience)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum neural networks
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems at scale (10M+ users or transactions)
- Strong background in theoretical physics and computational complexity
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
