Responsibilities
- Design quantum neural networks for scalable machine learning applications

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for quantum-enhanced data processing
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Computing conferences
- Secure $2M+ in government grants for quantum AI research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit simulation tools
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
