Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-AI hybrid architectures for enterprise-level applications
- Develop novel algorithms leveraging quantum advantage for machine learning workflows
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Implement error mitigation strategies for quantum-classical integration
- Research and prototype next-gen quantum neural network topologies
- Collaborate with clients to define quantum-AI solution roadmaps
- Contribute to open-source quantum-AI frameworks and standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI/ML with demonstrated quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum complexity theory
- Proficiency with tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
